As a big supporter of historic preservation, I love stories with happy endings. The Atlas Theatre in the heart of Downtown Cheyenne WY was built in 1887. It went through many different lives, including operating as a food store, night club and office space. The Cheyenne Little Theatre Players got hold of it in 1961 and turned it back into a theatre. They then purchased the building and fully restored it so that the arts ring out from this beautiful structure once more.
